At PiPi Tea, we want you to love every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our artisanal tea blends, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your tea packaging is unopened, the safety seal is intact, and you are within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or any damage encountered.

  Secure Packaging

  Once your return is authorized, pack the items securely in their original shipping box to prevent any damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
